Avocado Crema (Creamy, Dairy-Free & Ready in 5 Minutes)
This silky-smooth Avocado Crema is tangy, bright, and ultra-creamy thanks to fresh lime and vegan yogurt. It blends up in just 5 minutes and adds instant flavor to tacos, bowls, nachos, roasted veggies, quesadillas, and more. A must-have topping for any Mexican-inspired meal!
Blend: Add the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and salt to a high-speed blender or small food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Thin: Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired drizzleable consistency.
Taste and finish: Taste and adjust salt and lime as needed.

Storage:Store avocado crema in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing the container.
