Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the sauce: Add the vegan mayonnaise, agave syrup, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve: Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Flavor: Yellow mustard gives classic honey mustard flavor, while Dijon adds a little extra depth and tanginess.
Sweetener: Agave has the most neutral flavor, but maple syrup also works well too.
Oil-free option: Swap the vegan mayonnaise for plain unsweetened vegan yogurt. The sauce won’t be quite as rich and creamy, but it will still be delicious. You may want to add a little extra agave to help balance the tanginess.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
