Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Smoothie
Servings: small smoothies or 1 large

Ingredients
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 ½ cup plant-based milk, (such as oat or soy)
- ⅓ cup oats, (instant, quick, or rolled oats; use gluten-free if needed)
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. This may take a minute or two depending on your blender. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more plant-based milk to thin as needed. Serve and enjoy!

I've never been one to make smoothies but this one appealed to me so I tried it and it is so delicious. I was out of raisins and used a squirt of date syrup instead, can't wait to make it again with raisins..
