Sometimes, I love putting a lot of effort and time into creating a masterful dish, and then there are other times when I just want a super simple recipe. I think about 99% of the time I prefer the latter.
Super simple doesn’t have to mean boring. French fries, for example, are just potatoes cooked in oil, with a bit of salt and yet the whole world is obsessed with them. So if a recipe is done right, super simple, can totally be super scrumptious.
So I gathered up 50, yes 50– 5 ingredients or less vegan recipes from my blogging friends across the net.

Everything from breakfasts, snacks, mains, and desserts are covered. My favourite part is that not only do these recipes require very few ingredients, AND most of them are quick and easy, BUT so many of them are complete show stoppers! Stunningly beautiful, interesting flavour combos, totally wow. So much happiness is happening in my kitchen right now.
