I originally published this recipe back in 2017 and have been making it every summer since. Dense bean salads are everywhere right now, but I've been making this Creamy Chipotle Bean Salad for years. I just gave it a complete refresh with beautiful new photos, a rewritten post, and a refreshed recipe with even more helpful tips. If you haven't tried it yet, now's the perfect time.
