After the crazy success of my first cookbook Fuss-Free Vegan, (which became a bestseller and is now in its 9th printing), I was getting a ton of demand for a second cookbook.

Over the years as a vegan blogger and cookbook author, I've heard the same concerns over and over again: "Vegan food is too expensive. Vegan food is too complicated. Vegan food is too time-consuming."

They love your pancake and the lemon pie. My only question is if they will be signed copy of your cookbook that we can preorder ?
