After the crazy success of my first cookbook Fuss-Free Vegan, (which became a bestseller and is now in its 9th printing), I was getting a ton of demand for a second cookbook.

I'm literally shaking as I type this, I'm just SO excited. Fast Easy Cheap Vegan is jam-packed with 101 scrumptious vegan recipes. But it's so much more than that...

Over the years as a vegan blogger and cookbook author, I've heard the same concerns over and over again: "Vegan food is too expensive. Vegan food is too complicated. Vegan food is too time-consuming."
With this book it was my goal to bust ALL of those misconceptions. I wanted to show you how vegan food can actually be affordable, simple, and quick! And that's what I did. Sam I never comment on any blogs or anything online but I wanted to wish you a super merry Christmas and all the luck and love in the world for the new book. We use the blog and the first book all the time for vegan inspiration. We never tweak or change ingredients because you're the only person we've found that uses real food, proper flavours and no mucking about.
